Anastasia Bipat, lMHC
Anastasia Bipat, LMHC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Florida and then received her Master of Arts degree in Counselor Education from the University of Central Florida.
Anastasia has over 10 years of experience in working with individuals across the lifespan. She is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and has received recognition from the Central Florida community for her clinical presentations and knowledge in the field. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including inpatient hospitals, residential treatment settings, corrections, as well as in-home and in-school care, providing her with a unique perspective on mental health and treatment needs.
Anastasia believes that each person brings with them their own strengths, as well as their own needs and voice. She works with clients in a collaborative way to incorporate these into a personalized treatment plan, designed to help them achieve their individual goals. She uses evidenced-based practices to promote client’s resilience and empower them to create change.
